Kami menetapkan standar ini untuk menjaga kualitas dan reputasi 360Go sebagai penyedia layanan Virtual Tour #1 di Indonesia.This document serves as the official guide for 360Go Partners in executing Virtual Tour operations, from registration, client sourcing, to the final publishing process. We establish these standards to maintain the quality and reputation of 360Go as the #1 Virtual Tour service provider in Indonesia.

TAHAP 1: Cara Memulai Pendaftaran KemitraanSTAGE 1: How to Initiate Partnership Registration

Untuk bergabung menjadi mitra eksekutor lapangan 360Go, calon mitra harus melewati tahapan verifikasi berikut:To join as a 360Go field executor partner, prospective partners must pass the following verification stages:

  1. Pengajuan Aplikasi:Application Submission:Mengirimkan pesan pendaftaran melalui formulir resmi atau WhatsApp beserta detail peralatan yang dimiliki (Wajib: Kamera Insta360 X3, X4, X5, atau One RS, serta tripod/monopod standar).Submit a registration message via the official form or WhatsApp along with hardware details (Mandatory: Insta360 X3, X4, X5, or One RS camera, and standard tripod/monopod equipment).
  2. Review Portofolio:Portfolio Review:Melampirkan minimal 3 (tiga) contoh karya foto panorama 360° resolusi tinggi yang pernah dibuat sebelumnya.Attach a minimum of 3 (three) high-resolution 360° panoramic photo samples previously captured.
  3. Wawancara Singkat:Brief Interview:Diskusi secara daring mengenai pemahaman teknis fotografi 360° dan etika kerja profesional di lapangan.Online discussion regarding technical understanding of 360° photography and professional field work ethics.
  4. Penandatanganan MoU:MoU Signing:Jika lolos, mitra akan menandatangani nota kesepahaman (MoU) terkait pembagian hasil (revenue sharing), hak cipta (copyright), dan Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) untuk menjaga kerahasiaan data klien.Upon passing, partners will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding revenue sharing, copyright, and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to safeguard client confidentiality.

TAHAP 2: Pendekatan Klien Hingga ClosingSTAGE 2: Client Approach to Closing

Sebagai mitra, Anda dapat proaktif mencari klien di wilayah Anda. Berikut adalah langkah terstruktur untuk melakukan pitching hingga closing:As a partner, you are encouraged to proactively source clients in your territory. Here is a structured approach from pitching to closing:

  1. Identifikasi Prospek (Leads):Prospect Identification (Leads):Targetkan sektor yang paling membutuhkan visualisasi ruang, seperti: Perhotelan (Resort/Villa), Retail (Mall/Showroom/Cafe), Properti (Perumahan/Apartemen), dan Institusi Pendidikan.Target sectors that benefit most from space visualization, such as: Hospitality (Resorts/Villas), Retail (Malls/Showrooms/Cafes), Real Estate (Housing/Apartments), and Educational Institutions.
  2. Pendekatan (Approach):Approach:Hubungi pengambil keputusan (Manajer Pemasaran / Pemilik Bisnis) dan tawarkan solusi "Peningkatan Engagement & Digitalisasi Properti".Contact decision-makers (Marketing Managers / Business Owners) and pitch the "Engagement Optimization & Property Digitization" solution.
  3. Presentasi Portofolio:Portfolio Presentation:Tunjukkan karya-karya terbaik dari server pusat 360Go (misalnya: Virtual Tour Grage Mall, Swiss-Belhotel). Tekankan bahwa karya klien nantinya akan memiliki fitur interaktif dan UI/UX profesional yang sama.Showcase premier works hosted on the 360Go central server (e.g., Grage Mall, Swiss-Belhotel Virtual Tours). Emphasize that the client's project will inherit the exact same premium interactive interface and professional UI/UX.
  4. Penawaran Paket (Quotation):Package Pricing (Quotation):Tawarkan paket sesuai daftar harga resmi 360Go (Partial, Extended, atau Enterprise). Jelaskan bahwa biaya tersebut sudah termasuk layanan hosting server cloud selama 1 tahun.Offer packages aligned with the official 360Go price list (Partial, Extended, or Enterprise). Clarify that the fee explicitly covers cloud server hosting infrastructure for 1 full year.
  5. Kesepakatan (Closing):Agreement (Closing):Setelah klien setuju, tentukan tanggal survei/pemotretan dan pastikan klien telah merapikan lokasi fisik (SOP cleaning area sebelum shooting).Once the client approves, finalize the mapping/photoshoot date and remind the client to prepare the physical environment (SOP area cleaning prior to shooting).

TAHAP 3: Perencanaan & Mapping Area dan Titik SpotSTAGE 3: Planning & Area Mapping of Spots

Sebelum menyalakan kamera, mitra wajib melakukan perencanaan matang di lokasi:Prior to powering on your camera, partners are strictly required to perform comprehensive on-site plotting:

  1. Analisis Denah (Floorplan):Floorplan Analysis:Meminta atau menggambar skema kasar denah bangunan struktural milik klien.Request or draw a structural schematic map rough layout of the client's building floorplan.
  2. Penentuan Titik (Spot Mapping):Spot Plotting (Spot Mapping):
    • Tentukan titik awal (Start Point), biasanya di depan pintu masuk utama atau Lobby.Define the starting node (Start Point), typically positioned outside the main entrance or central Lobby.
    • Hitung jumlah titik (Spot) yang akan difoto agar sesuai dengan paket kontrak yang dibeli klien.Calculate total capture nodes (Spots) to match the contracted package selected by the client.
  3. Strategi Line of Sight (Garis Pandang):Line of Sight Strategy:Pastikan jarak antar titik masuk akal dan saling terlihat. Jangan menaruh titik yang menembus tembok yang tertutup rapat, agar saat pengguna menekan tanda panah di dalam Virtual Tour, transisi pergerakannya terasa natural seolah sedang berjalan sungguhan.Ensure spacing between nodes is realistic and maintains a direct line of sight. Never place node pathways passing through solid sealed walls, ensuring that when end-users trigger navigation arrows within the Virtual Tour, transitions render naturally as if physically walking.

TAHAP 4: Pengambilan Gambar (Sesi Shooting)STAGE 4: Image Capture (Shooting Session)

Mitra bertanggung jawab memproses file mentah sebelum dikirim ke pusat:Partners bear full structural accountability for editing raw assets prior to central transmission:

  1. Proses Stitching:Stitching Process:Pindahkan file ke komputer dan gunakan Insta360 Studio untuk menggabungkan dua lensa menjadi satu gambar panorama berformat Equirectangular.Ingest assets to a workstation and leverage Insta360 Studio software to stitch dual hemispherical captures into a seamless Equirectangular panorama image.

  4. Export Rendering:Export Rendering:Simpan (Export) semua gambar dalam format JPG resolusi tinggi maksimal (biasanya 5K hingga 8K tergantung spesifikasi kamera) dan hindari kompresi yang merusak detail.Export all panoramic scenes into maximum resolution JPG format (typically 5K to 8K depending on system limits) and prevent artifacts arising from aggressive compression.

TAHAP 6: Publikasi di Platform 360GoSTAGE 6: Publishing on the 360Go Platform

Tahapan akhir ini adalah kolaborasi antara Mitra dan Tim Pusat 360Go:This concluding workflow represents a synchronized collaboration between the Partner and the 360Go Central Technical Team:

  1. Penyerahan Aset (Handover):Asset Handover:Unggah foto panorama yang sudah diedit ke Google Drive/Cloud, lengkapi dengan dokumen Floorplan (jika ada), dan bagikan tautan kepada tim pusat 360Go.Upload stitched panoramic files to Google Drive/Cloud storage, include the referenced Floorplan mapping layout, and dispatch the asset link to the 360Go central team.
  2. Pembuatan UI/UX (Oleh Tim Pusat):UI/UX Construction (By Central Team):Tim ahli 360Go akan menyusun gambar-gambar tersebut ke dalam sistem perangkat lunak, membangun User Interface (UI), menanamkan Hotspot/POIs, logo klien, dan mengunggahnya ke server (tour.360go.id).360Go software technicians compile the scenes into the tour architecture engine, constructing the interactive User Interface (UI), linking navigation hotspots/POIs, branding client logos, and pushing it live to production servers (tour.360go.id).
  3. Quality Control (QC):Quality Control (QC):Tim pusat mengirimkan draf tautan (link) rahasia kepada mitra dan klien untuk proses pengecekan silang.The central team delivers a hidden staging link draft to both partner and client for structural cross-evaluation checks.
  4. Publikasi & Penyerahan (Live):Deployment & Handover (Live):Setelah disetujui (maksimal 2x revisi minor sesuai SLA), tim pusat akan menerbitkan tautan resmi, menghasilkan QR Code, dan menyediakan draf embed code (iframe) jika klien ingin memasukkannya ke website utama. Proyek selesai dan komisi mitra akan segera dicairkan.Following client verification (maximum 2x minor revisions per SLA limits), the central team deploys the public production link, compiles the QR Code asset, and issues responsive embed code snippets (iframe). The project resolves, triggering immediate partner commission release.
